About The Farm

Las Brisas Coffee Farm is located in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The family-run farm of John Wilmer Cuellar Rodriguez covers around 40 hectares, of which 35 hectares are dedicated to coffee cultivation. The farm grows a wide range of Arabica varieties, including Bourbon, Caturra, Geisha/Gesha, Pink Bourbon, Sidra, Laurina, and Wush Wush.

The coffees are selectively hand-picked and processed depending on the lot as washed, natural, honey, or semi-washed. Anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock are also used. With cupping scores around 86 points and a focus on diversity, sustainable practices, and in-house seedling production, Las Brisas is an exciting origin partner from Huila
