About The Farm

Finca La Siberia is located in the village of Los Cauchos near San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of around 1,750 meters. The farm of Mayra Alejandra Muñoz covers approximately 3.5 hectares, with around one hectare dedicated to coffee cultivation. The farm grows different Arabica varieties, including Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra.

The coffees are hand-picked and processed as washed or honey. The harvest mainly takes place in June and from October to December. With cupping scores around 84 points, partial shade management, and a family-run structure led by a young female producer, La Siberia represents a small coffee production from San Agustín.
